Besides a willingness to participate, we have no prerequisites to camp with us. The Hotel Lobby celebrates diversity and strives to be an open and inclusive community. We invite people with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, Black, Indigenous, and all People of Color to radically express themselves in our safe and inviting space. We welcome anyone who wants to spend time in our camp—no matter who you are, what you look like, how old you are, or how many times you’ve been to Burning Man before. Our campmates represent:
The Hotel Lobby is funded entirely by cost sharing and donations by camp members. Pooling our financial resources allows us to set the foundation for having a great 8+ days in Black Rock City. We do our best to keep the cost-share low while also providing amenities and awesome experiences.
